Response to NaPoWriMo Day 19: a rant.

A few years ago they made
a change they say I am no longer
a “Patient” I am a “Service User”
which is bollocks because I am Patient
-ly waiting to reach to the top
of a thousand-name list in order
to Use the mental health Service I am not
a Service User because the Service does not exist
might exist in a few years / might be available after I’m dead
or if it does exist I am not Using it because I’m still stuck
on this neverending fucking waiting list
waiting to Use a mental health Service
like the patient fucking Patient that I am and have been
for the past two decades. Call me what I am:
a Really Fucking Patient Patient, Not A Service User.
